The flat is in heart of a historical neighborhood called Balat/Fener. Close to Eminönü, Taksim, and Beyoglu area just 10 minutes by bus & tram, also close to the subway station. There are lots of public transportation options; Tram, buses and ferries are all close by, just within walking distance.
There are lots of cafes where you can enjoy the historical scene of the city. You can also google as fener / balat
The flat is close to the seaside also, where you can have morning walks if you are into :) or enjoy sunsets
The flat has everything that you might need, such as a coffee machine, oven, washing machine, dish machine, and all the other kitchen utilities. Unlimited wifi, heating, etc
The flat is on 4th-floor so the room has lots of solar lights which is very important during the winter :)
there is a bed, and closet in the room so just take your luggage and settle down.
All the bills are included.
I live alone with my lovely cat in the flat and work as a digital marketing manager at a mobile gaming company.
