Appartment in Istanbul

I am a Spanish student who is going on Erasmus to Istanbul to study from September to June and i would like to study somewhere lose to Davutpasa Campus. I only can speak Spanish, English and French so if i were given the choice of living with people who can communicate in these languges i would feel more confortable. Also, i am not interested in living with old people, nor with the owners of the appartment. My preferences are toward a single room with windows and street view.
