29 Year old male, looking for roommate in Asia / Kavacık / Beykoz /Istanbul

Hi,

I am a 29 years old student and working at school. I am looking for 1 or 2 people (woman/man does not matter, Erasmus or Exchange Student or Working Person) who have smilar profiles to mine and also would like to stay in a clean and comfortable house in a good neighbourhood. I have a furnished house which has a very convenient price compare to the prices of other houses in the same neighborhood. 

The apartment is in secure gated community that has a 24/7 guard at the entrance making it an extremely safe place to live. It is only a 3 minutes to FSM bridge and bus stop you will use to reach the rest of the city.

*** The flat has 3 bedroom and 1 living room.

*** Wide closed parking areas for your car, motorcycle or bike and the apartment located in a good wiev of İstanbul.

*** Outdoor pool.

*** Bosphorus view from all bedrooms and living room.

*** Limitless wireless internet, painter, LCD TV, dvd player, Washing Machine, Dishwasher, cardio equipments, iron&iron table, 24 Hours hot water, Vacuum cleaner, fully equipped kitchen

*** You will not have to bring bedding (sheets, pillow, etc.) nor towels; I have enough in the house.

*** You are welcome to bring friends over.

*** There is an apartment keeper(so we live in a very clean apartment), in the morning you can ask him to bring your whatever from the store, take the trash out, etc.

*** There are two wide balkonies.

*** Apartment has an elevator and heating system.

*** The rooms for rent are large and already fully furnished (the one is king size bed),  wardrobes,  study desk and chairs.

*** The monthly rent is 600 USD or 500 EUR per person. All bills are included in rent. I am only expecting you to cover for your own expenses such as washing detergent& fabric conditioner, drinking water and your personal cosmetics like shampoo etc.
