24 year old Belgian student looking for accomodation near Bogazici University

I'm an Erasmus-student from Antwerp, Belgium and I'm planning to spend the Spring semester in Istanbul, taking some history courses at Bogazici University while working on my master thesis. I'm fluent in English, I have a moderate grasp on French and I know some German. 

I'm looking for a studio or an appartment in the Beşiktaş-district, prefarably within a 15 minute radius of the university and with some roommates attached to it. Ideally they're Erasmus-students too. Not an obstacle if not. Gender is also not an issue. What I seek in a roommate is basically what everyone seeks. Social, easy-going, fun-loving and some basic decency when it comes to living arrangements ;D. I myself can be a bit of a slob when it comes to tidying up my personal space but in general I tend to keep things clean when it comes to the bathroom, kitchen and living-room-areas.

The rent I'm willing to pay depends on what's out there and on the condition of the accomodations.
