23 year old girl, looking for a roommate at central place

Hi there! I am looking for a roommate to sublet a room in my apartment in Kuzguncuk/Üsküdar. You can reach Kuzguncuk Pier in only 5 minutes. If their time isn't right for you, don't worry because It’s 2 km away from Üsküdar Pier/Marmaray and max 10 minutes by bus. The nearest metro station to home is the M5 line-fıstıkağacı station- which is about a 5-6 minute walk away. 

There is a beautiful communal garden here, you and your friends can spend time there as you wish. However, since the house is very small so silently is important to me, especially at night. There is no smoking in this house. You can see the Bosphorus from the living room and the garden.

The room is €300 a month with utilities included. This would be a month-to-month sublease. The common areas are furnished but you would need to provide your bedroom. But if you want I do have a spare bed and open cabinet.

I am pretty chill but want someone who cleans up after themselves and keeps the shared spaces clean. Only women can apply, and I'm looking for someone in their 20s - early 30s.

I prefer a minimum 3 month rentals. I will take 1 rent deposit.
