22 years old girl with a cat offering a room in the center of Beşiktaş (çarşı)

I'm offering a room for a female student we also have  a study room for 2 people to work, house is located in breakfast street and the very center of beşiktaş çarşı. we have a piano at home and i need the person who would live to be careful for the cat he might wanna escape and outside is too crowded for him. i don't allow smoking in the house and every furniture and tools are already ready.
