22 year old men with a brother, looking for accommodation in istanbul

My homemade should be Friendly, Cheerful, Reliable, Compatible , Sharing .House has amazing locatıon and you can go to Eminönü, Mecidiyeköy, Taksim, Yenikapı, Vezneciler, Kazlıçeşme and Beşiktaş only one bus. Bus statıon is ın front of the our building. Therefore , distance to bilgi university is 800 meter so 15 minutes with walk. you can use wi-fi , tv ,fridge , owen  and you musn't smoke ın the house but you can smoke in balcony. You can make party or organization. I live wıth my brother in house and 3 rooms , 1 kitchen , 1 saloon ,1 bathroom and 1 balcony in  the house.
