21 years old guy looking for an accomodation nearby Koc University

Hi everybody!
I am an Italian guy and I am going to be in Istanbul from August to January, I've heard that Koc is well connected with the city center and the lessons are compulsory so I'd like to stay nearby. I don't want to stay in the dormitories because I want more freedom, usually I live in a dorm so I'd like to try a flat this time. Those are my preferences:
-NO Italian flatmates (everything else is OK, I want to forget my own language in this semester);
-Single room spacious enough to host friends;
-Short walking distance from Koc;
-Maximum 900 TL /monthly (Bills included).
