21 year old architecture student, looking for accommodation in Istanbul

I am a well mannered and non-problematic student of architecture in Lima, Perú, who is looking for a shared room (preferably student`s dorms ). 

I`ll like to find accommodation near my university (Bilgi University, Santralistanbul campus) or at least in a location well-connected to the city, specially if it has a kitchen (and a fitness center would be great too) . 

For a roommate, I would prefer any student who is clean and respectfull.
