19 years old boy ,looking for accomodation in

i am an International student graduated from high school . i am going to start my freshman year this september 2016-2017 at Nişantaşı Üniversitesi located :(Paşa Kampüsü, İsmet Paşa Mh., Abdi İpekçi Cd No:89, 34030 Bayrampaşa/İstanbul). i have been living in Istanbul for 4months only !!since i don't know the city very well but i am living in an apartment with my fellow Africans .Therefore i would like to move out and find a cheap university dormitory nearby my university or a double shared room .i am not capricious but i'd prefer i restricted number of roommates like 2 or 3 who can speak either french or English but it has to be cheap because my budget is too tight .
