18 and 19 year old brothers we are students looking for a accommodation in istanbul in areas between Şişli and Beşiktaş

I would like a 2+1 room apartment air conditioned with a nice spacious living room with a good sized tv, kitchen with a oven  ,1 bathroom shower or a tub but must look nice and clean 3 and the room sizes and the beds MUST be equal to one another, study desk .Nice area close to transport and other entertainment , markets. Student friendly fitness center near by, good restuarents.
