What is it like to live in Imatra? Would you recommend it? What is the city like?
Imatra isn't a big city that's alive trough the day. It's fairly small, but it has many bars to spend time in, nice shops in the center and a lot of nature everywhere. It has even one of the Europe's biggest rapids.
Prices of the apartments aren't big (in Finnish scale) and the public transportation works inside the city and to the next city Lappeenranta.
What is the student lifestyle like in Imatra?
There is always someone in the bar.

Depending of the apartment it can be from 300 € to 600 € plus food, electricity and water.

In the center there is many restaurants from BBQ to more fancy ones.
Is the nightlife good in Imatra? Where is good to go?
Almost all the popular bars are in the center and they start to fill up somewhere after 10 pm.
