What is it like to live in Ibadan? Would you recommend it? What is the city like?

Living in Ibadan is very peaceful, yes I would recommend it, the city is very peaceful and enjoyable

What is the student lifestyle like in Ibadan?

Well, we like to have fun, read and party a little, we also go to do movies and order our pizza from Domino's

How much does it cost to live in Ibadan?

It depends, an average one room apartment in Ibadan can be as low as 50k naira, and a 3-bedroom flat can be as low as 150k naira, but transport and buying day to day stuffs aren't really expensive

Is it difficult to find accommodation in Ibadan? Is there any advice you can give?

It's not difficult to find apartments at all in Ibadan, once you have your money, just walk around the area you would like to live in, I'm sure you would get a place.

What is the food like? What are your favourite dishes?

Ibadan people have many dishes like amala, Eba, pounded yam,ewedu, efo riro and so on, my favourite dish is Eba and Ila

What places would you recommend visiting in Ibadan?

Places I recommend, Agodi gardens, Cocoa house, heritage mall, palms mall, Ventura, the University of Ibadan and City hall.

Is it good to eat out in Ibadan? Can you tell us your favourite spots?

Yeah it's okay to eat out, depends on the budget, but I eat at local eateries like Yakoyo and sky lolo, but if I want urban foods I go to aroma, latitude or kabachi

Is the nightlife good in Ibadan? Where is good to go?

Night comes fast in Ibadan in some parts, but parts like bodija, and agbowo, the nightlife is awesome, you can go to 411, bubbles, platinum, ebi Vande and also stay to watch movies at the malls.

What advice would you give future students heading to Ibadan?

Just try to enjoy yourselves and learn to, don't show how rich you are and don't show you are too new to the town
