Looking for Accommodation and Roommates in Iasi, 23 old male student

Hello, fellas! My name is Vladislav!

I'm looking for a place to stay during my first year at UAIC, Iasi. I'm going to run through a Preparatory Year and during the next nine months (starting October) I'll need a house. I speak English very well, I also know a bit of Romanian, but I'm not so confident when it comes down to speaking it. 

However, I consider myself to be a clean, open-minded and neat person, I (almost) never leave my stuff scattered around the room. I can cook basic meals and look after myself. Uhm, can't iron my clothes very well, but that's yet to be improved. My interests, well.. traveling (mostly), swimming, hanging out and hiking. I don't smoke. I won't take any pets to Iasi. 

Regarding my roommate: I prefer a student, be it male or female, willing to improve his Romanian language, so we can speak less in English and focus on the Romanian. I don't have anything against pets. I will be respectful and I expect the same in return! These are my only conditions, hope we can pair up!
