18 year old boy who wants a roommate, looking for accommodation near university of Medicine and pharmacy

I am a really open minded and a sociable person, making friends was never hard. I'm always down to have fun and talk whenever you want. I like all different kinds of sports and I like movies and many other things, basically I like to have fun. My only condition is that my roommate is clean. I don't like places where you walk in and you smell something bad. I don't mind if you are a girl or a guy, privacy and respect will be the same.

I am a student at the University of Medicine and pharmacy Iasi, Dental Medicine in English language. So an apartment that is close to the university is recommended.
