Hotel Customer Service Assistant Internship

The hotel La Domaine de la Mer is looking for four Hotel Customer Service Assistants to begin from mid august 2023 until February 2024. Perfect for students looking for an internship.

Requirements:

Fluent in English

B1+ in French

Duties will include:

-Liasing with customers, contact face to face, over the phone, via email

-Filing, data entry, eupdating databases for the hotel (related to booking)

-Creating, updating, facilitating social media and online hotel presence

-Customer service (check-ins,throughout the sta, check-outs, animation work, meal time)

-Liasing with other staff members (cleaners, kitchen staff, receptionists, etc)

-Leading or co-leadig animation sessions and activities for guests
