Your duties are listed below :
- Liaising with customers, contact face to face, over the phone, via email,
- Filing, data entry, updating databases for the hotel (related to bookings),
- Creating, updating, facilitating social media and online hotel presence,
- customer service (check-ins, throughout the stay, check-outs, animation work, meal time)
- Liaising with other staff members (cleaners, kitchen staff, receptionists, etc.)
- leading or co-leading animation sessions and activities for guests.
Possibility to take additional French classes with other interns once a week to practise casual speaking (the teacher would be a native French speaker) - days and hours to be confirmed
Work hours : 8h - 16h or 10h – 18h from Monday till Friday (1 hour lunch break; 35 hours per week)
* 50% reimbursement of the navigo travel card (you'll need to provide receipts)
