Looking for accommodation in La Merced

I am Santa Lazda- Erasmus student from Lettonia. I am staying here from first semester, but i extend my period for second semester. Now i want to move to another flat, because i live too far from La Merced. I am looking for a flat in good condition and it would be good if there would be balcony. I prefer room with double bed and it's better if price is with all bills included. But i will look through all offers.
