24 year old masters student looking for accommodation in hof germany in shared flat

 I am 24 years old student from India. I will be starting my studies at Hof University from march 2022. Hence, Looking for a furnished room with fitted kitchen in a shared apartment near Hof university of applied sciences. Rent including all costs should be around 300-320 euros maximum. Any offers would be appreciated. I am an easy going and fun loving guy, so my roommate won't feel restricted. I don't smoke at all and would be ok if my roommates smoke either in their rooms or the balcony.
