21 year old gentlemen, looking for accomodation in Ho Chi Minh

I was going to search on google how to impress home owners/future roommates into contacting you for an accomodation offer. But no that is not who I am.
Who I am is an open and respectful person that loves his family and friends. I look forward to meet new people and to experience the collectivity of the Vietnamese culture.
My minor will begin the 25th of February and will last till the 25th of July. I will follow ICT/IT courses and the subject Econometrics at HUTECH University Of Technology in Ho Chi Minh.
What I am looking for is a small apartment, studio or a room in or easily accessible to the Binh Thanh district.
