Hirtshals beach and harbour

Hirtshals, a place in the total top of Denmark, at the north of Nord Jutland. From here you can take the boat to Kristiansand and other locations in Norway. A great way to explore the sea, but not too long. Hirtshals has a beautiful harbour, with all kinds of shops surrounding it. We stayed at a small hostel near the beach of Hirtshals, around 20 minutes from the docking station of the boat. Truly magnificent and so peaceful. I was surprised by the beauty. There is a lighthouse at the end of the beach, that until now still works. I would definetely recommend to visit Hirtshals and surroundings before you hop on the boat to Norway. 

The color line self, the boat, is great as well. With different levels on the boat, different viewpoints, all kinds of shops, from taxfree shops to clothing shops, to a lot of different restaurants. Amazing! All kinds of food and drink choices. From cheap to really expensive, it is your choice.
