I have had very good experiences with the university in Halmstad. The application went very smooth; I didn\'t have any problems at all with that. I could pick the courses I wanted to follow myself. I could follow a certain program or make a program of my own.
The facilities at the university are amazing. You can enter the building 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. There are sports facilities, leasure facilities and practical (hairdresser, employment agency etc.) facilities. Also, they have a student facility called Kåren which helps you out with everything you need to know as a student. Kåren also takes care of all the things that need to be arranged for you as an international student.
The construction program that I followed was ok. The level of education in my own university was higher, but in Halmstad it was still good. I learned new things that I still profit from today. The teachers are very nice and willing to help you with everything you want to know.
