PhD student, looking for a room in shared appartment

My name is Ilya Orlov, and I am looking for a modest furnished room in a shared apartment or a studio not far from the center of Helsinki. My budget is approximately 400-500€ per month (bills included). I am interested in the long time period, from 5th September 2015 to 31st December 2016 (or longer). The shorter period is also suits me (but not less than 1 month). 

I am from St. Petersburg, and since this year – a doctoral student of the Academy of Fine Arts Helsinki. I have a residence permit to live and work in Finland.

I am staying in Helsinki approximately 2-3 weeks monthly, and spending most of the days in a library. I am tidy, quiet, and calm person.

I smoke, but never do it in my room. So it is desirable to rent a room with balcony, or with easy access to a street or that to any other smoking area, if possible.

I have no pets, but do not mind if they are in an apartment.
