Looking for a new flatmate, we have a house.

Hi! We are two students (one Finnish-American and the other Galician) offering the third room of our house from December 10th.
The room is located in a semidetached house in Nuottakuninkaantie 5, 10 mins walking from Matinkylä metro station (5 by bike and with frequent buses), on weekends there is a night bus that goes from Kamppi to the house. Less than 25 mins to Aalto University.

About the house:
1) The kitchen has all required elements: from plates, forks, microwave, coffeemaker, grill, juicer, dishwasher and everything you might need. No need to bring anything so perfect for international students.
2) The living room has a big sofa and TV.
3) The house has a small garden, our own sauna and a laundry room with washing-drying machine as well as a storage space.
4) The room is a bit small (around 9sqm) but it has a big closet and a big bed, the common space quite big.

The rent would be 700€/month and a month as deposit. Preferably looking for a longer term (more than 3 months).  Internet, water, heating and electricity is included in the rent. We usually spend some money in common things such as cleaning products, toilet paper or basic kitchen ingredients like salt, etc, less than 10€ per month.

For us it’s very important to find someone who is not just interested in finding a room to sleep, but that wants to spend some time together and create a home and a safe space.
