Friendly 23 year old female music student, looking for accomodation in Helsinki

Hey there,
my name is Valerie, and I'm moving to Helsinki this August to study for a Master's degree in Classical Viola at the Sibelius Academy. I'm friendly, cooperative, tidy, quiet, non-smoker and not-much-drinker, like interesting conversations and meeting new people, the arts, and nature.
I'm looking for a place to stay for at least 1 year - my course lasts for 2.5 years. The more central the place the better, but I would like to keep my budget as low as possible, ideally between 250-400EUR, max. 400-500EUR.
I don't have to practise at home, if you're worried about the noise of my instrument. I like socialising, cooking etc but if you want to do your own thing I can back off well, too.
It's very hard to find something so if you are looking for someone to live with, or have a flat or room to offer, I would be really happy to hear from you as soon as possible!
