21 Year old, male, looking to stay near city centre Helsinki

I am looking for a quiet relaxed place where I could study, and live. I am currently living in a shared apartment with my friends, I don't mind if pets are in the house. I can help if there is something to fix or to build. I am studying to become an electric and electronics engineer. I can contribute in household activities and parties. I need a place with good wifi reception and speed since for most of my studies I will be using the internet a lot.
