Student looking for a small and affordable

Mexican student looking for a place to rent while I study my Master's in Heidelberg. Easy going yet responsible, I'm the guy you'll have a beer, while I cook and clean. I will pull my own weight, and will always be ready to lend a helping hand. I'm looking for a small and afforadable place. I don't need anything fancy, just a bed and a desk where I can get down to business. A kitchen is a must! (I need a place to cook our meals). It would be ideal if it had a washing machine, but if it doesn't it's not a deal breaker. It has to be close to the University campus, nothing farther than 10 kilometers from the city. I'm just looking for a roommate who keeps the common spaces clean, and helps out with some of the chores. Friendly if possible, but shy or reserved roommates are not an issue.
