ASAP - Postdoc, looking for an accommodation near Heidelberg Uni.

Hi all,
I'm Siti from Penang, Malaysia. I'm going to start my 1-year Postdoc at the Institute of Physical Chemistry (Heldelberg Uni.) and Max Planck Institute for Medical Research.
The Postdoc will start from 01 Dec 2016 until 30 November 2017.
I'm looking for an accomodation to stay definitely during that period. I'm also open to arrive up to 15 days earlier than 01 Dec 2016 or stay up to 15 days longer after 30 November 2017, if needed.
I don't mind living in a studio or a shared apartment. I wish the accommodation is within walking distance to both Institutes.
My budget is EUR 500 max per room or studio (inc. water & electric bills, if possible). Do let me know the terms for renting the room/studio and misc information regarding the studio or apartment.
