Boy with 22 years old, that want a room for rent in april

I'm a boy that have 22 years old,  and I want a good roommates and cleaning room for rent for 1 year, starting in april.

I'm a clean person and i respect the space of my roommates and I'm not noise person in home.

I'm a person that respect all the rules of the house. I'm a good communicator and I like to make new friends. I don't smoke and don't have any pet. I just want a room for myself.

I pay the rent at the correct time and I'm responsible by the objects in the house.
