25 year old, looking for accommodation in Hasselt (September 2024-February 2025)

Hey, I am from Germany and I'll be studying at PXL in Hasselt from September 2024 to February 2025 and I'm looking for a room in the student dorms nearby if possible. It could also be some kind of shared apartment with other students who might be attending the same university. It's really difficult for me to find a place that is available for just 6 months because most of the places just offer 1 year contracts, so a contract for just the first semester would be great (and that it's affordable, of course).
