3 students with jobs looking for a place to rent in Harrow

We are three students at the arts Harrow Campus of University of Westminster. We would ideally like to be less than 40 mins walking distance from here. We all have part time jobs along side our study. We are all going into our third year, and would like to move in mid august if possible! We are flexible :)
Ideally we only want to pay £1900 including bills! But our budget is between £1500-£1600 for just rent.
