Coming to Hannover, Germany for studies and looking for accommodation

I'm from asia and a quiet person. I speak English and my native Sinhalese language pretty well. However the German language ability is very limited. I prefer master or bachelors students and research fellows but this is not a mandatory requirement. I do not have pets and do not like too much noise either.
