Paid 350€/month International Management Internship in Berlin

Our collaborator is a rating company, supporting companies all over the world to achieve better customer service. This company is working with B2B, and is offering a great opportunity to develop your skills in Berlin. They are providing feedback systems to increase the sales and to create customer loyalty. Now they are searching for outgoing and motivated students to face challenges in social commerce. 

 International Management Tasks:- Coordinate with sales development, sales executives and supervisors- Organise and update customer database- Co-work directly with the sales development team- Create and be in charge of business contacts  Requirements:- Currently studying or recent college graduate- Teamworker- Good organisational skills- Proficiency in MS Office- Experience with SEO- prior experience in a sales organization is a plus- Fluent in English and one of the following languages: German/French/Italian/Spanish Customer Feedback Management (french) Tasks:- Editing, processing and activation of customer reviews- Communication with customers and assisting Support and service teams- Dealing with complaints- Participate in special projects depending on experience and performance Requirements:- You are fluent in French and speak English on a conversational level- You are currently enrolled in a Bachelor/Master´s program and looking for a mandatory internship for 5 months plus- Friendly and open-minded appearance on the phone- You have the ability to work multi tasking and work well under tight deadlines- Reliability and commitment- Advanced knowledge of MS Office

Remuneration: 350 euros/month

Working hours: 40 hours per week, 3 months or longer
