27 year old single guy looking for affordable accommodation in any hamburg district

I prefer an affordable old unfurnished house, in the village area. I have no preference for a location, any affordable district is ok (say 200 euro per month), even south or south-east of Hamburg.

Also, I do not prefer proximity to bus or train station over cost. Besides affordability, I love the village beacuse of the opportunity to interact with native Germans (who speak little or no English) in German and to improve my German language skills. 

I also welcome sharing with another person/people provided the budget does not exceed 200 euro
