Deposite in germany

Hello, im using this thread to warn everyone of mr hossein please observe the photo. He uses this website and advertise the an appartment in st pauli hamburg.

Germany is a bit special with their deposite in which you need to pay 3x rent. In which i payed 1500 euros. And now he is refusing to pay it back because of reason "i had a contract". I am unable to contest this as i moved to spain and can do nothing.

I still have contact with my old roomate in the place and he is actually doing the same thing to him even though he is still in hamburg
