Looking for an apartment and some one to share it with

Hello.
I am going to participate in the masters course at University of minho, SAHC. I am looking for accommodation near the university. I am looking to share an apartment with someone with a parallel field of study. I am an architect enrolled for this course. I should be here from September to march.
i would like to not share if possible.
i am quite organised, like to live in a clean place with basic amenities already installed. I do not smoke but I am okay if roommates smoke.
My budget including amenities is 200 euros - 250 euros.
i would like to look for a place from walking distance from the University.
