I would like a room or a studio, maybe something I and other student/s could rent together. I am clean and friendly.

I like to be in an clean environment, and I don't mind sharing the facilities as long as everybody cleans after itself. Also, I put my education first, so going out or parties at home ar good, as long as we/you do them uhmm...weekly? I like to cook, especially sweet stuff. And I really like animals. No, not cooked. 

So, as long as you're looking for someone to rent with, and you can do some cleaning work (if you don't know how, I'll teach you) I'm the right person. 

My budget is of max.400 euro per month, and I'm looking for something in the area of Rijkuniversiteit, starting 1st August.
