25 year old student looking for an apartment in Groningen

Hello!

My name is Denis, and I'll be studying in the University of Groningen this year!

I'm a quiet, good-natured person -  I'm always willing to listen to and help my roommates whenever possible, whether we're talking about rent share or moving furniture around for better accommodation. I mostly keep to myself, and I'll mostly be working on university and artistic projects while living in Groningen.

I also lead a neat, organized life - to the point where I never miss paid bills or important notices about my living conditions. (Business education helps... as is my obsession with perfectionism).

I'm looking for a furnished apartment in Groningen. I'll be bringing along some computer hardware equipment (Desktop PC, 1 or 2 monitors, a laptop and a netbook) with some cable/charger accessories, training equipment (weights, yoga mat, and a small bench that can always be dismantled), and then necessities such as clothes and educational material for my studies. I won't be bringing along any furniture at all.

Where exactly can the apartment be located in Groningen isn't really much of an issue - I do a lot of physical activity every day, so walking a bit longer than usual to the university isn't a problem.

If I'll have to compromise and share an apartment with roommates, I prefer people who have good communication and cooperation skills, especially if there's a problem with our accommodation that will require both our attentions. Mutual kindness and respect are also greatly valued.
