19 year old man, looking for accomodation in Groningen

I have attached this cover letter to help you learn a bit more about me.

I have been living in Spain for the past 16 years, but now have to move to Groningen for my studies.

I am particularly interested in your rental unit because of the nearby amenities, proximity to public transportation, and relatively short commute to the University.

I understand that by entering into a tenancy, I will be taking on legal responsibilities. As your tenant, I am aware that I will need to:

• pay the full rent on time,

• not unreasonably disturb others,

• care for your property, and

• otherwise follow the Residential Tenancy Act and the terms of my tenancy agreement.

Along with my cover letter, I can include my references, credit report, pet report and my resume.
