18 year old student looking for accommodation in Groningen

I am an 18 year old female student looking for a place to stay for at least the first 4 months of the school year (from September). I will be attending Groningen University, and the closer the accommodation is to the university, the better. I am looking for a single room, apartment, studio-whatever is available with a price of maximum €500 per month (price can be discussed depending on the situation). I'm Ukrainian, but finished high school in South Korea with the IB Diploma Programme. I'm fluent in English, Russian, Ukrainian, can speak substantial Spanish and Korean. Would be very grateful to find a place to stay starting in late August! Also would like to speak to the landlord/owner of the accommodation regarding a friend that could possibly be staying with me (change in amount of beds/rooms is unnecessary, will be sleeping in the same room).
