Looking for studio/flat in Grenoble for a year

My brother and I will be studying in Grenoble for a year this fall. We are desperately looking for a furnished apartment for the year. Close to University Stendhal would be a plus. Dates roughly from 25th August 2015 - 20 June 2016
We woulds prefer an independant flat although we are open to hear if anyone is looking for two flat mates.
