Student looking for accomodation

I'm not looking for a specific accomodation my important critarias are: shouldn't be higher than 300 € monthly, depozit not higher than 450 €, should be close to university of Graz or should have transportation near by, should be clean, i would prefer not to have a roommate but if there is one it should be a girl.
