Offering my room in flat share of 3 for WS2022

I am offering my 19m^2 room for the upcoming winter term 2022, since I will go abroad.

Bright 19m2 room in a shared flat for 3 people (whole flat is 110m2). The apartment is nicely bright with green areas around the house. There is a nice courtyard that can be used and enough storage space is available too (storage room as well as basement compartment).

The apartment is equipped with all imaginable appliances such as:

* large refrigerator with freezer.
* oven
* dishwasher
* microwave oven
* electric kettle
* washing machine
* iron

The room is fully furnished and you are welcome to use most of the items on the photos (if needed). The equipment includes, among other things:

Other items such as decorations and plants are welcome to stay in the room if desired.

Location
The apartment is located in a good location. Both Technical University and KF University can be reached within a few minutes. About 100m away is the Bim stop, with which you can get into the city without changing trains, and 100m in the other direction is the bus stop to get directly to the main train station.

The nearest supermarket is just a few minutes walk away and a bakery (where you can have a very nice breakfast) is also just around the corner.

Furthermore, there is a small park in the immediate vicinity.

Your future flatmates are a medical student and a technical student. We are looking for a nice roommate with whom you can sit together in the evening or cook together sometimes. International students are welcome :)
