I am a 26 years old simple man. I am a non smoker and non alcoholic. I would like a get a room with (a) non smoker roommate/roommates or someone who does not smoke in the living room. I do not have a pet. I will be studying in University of Graz as an ERASMUS student from September to January. My subject is English and American Studies. I would like to live near the university but I don't mind distance if the rent is below 240 Euros.
