I'm looking for a long-term tenant for my room in a friendly 6-person shared apartment (WG) located on Rechbauerstraße 23. I'm looking for someone who plans to stay for at least one year, making this room ideal for students or young professionals moving to Graz.

The room is available from August 15, with move-in also possible during September.

The room is spacious, bright, and filled with natural light thanks to its large windows, offering plenty of space for studying, relaxing, and everyday living.

Please note that the furniture shown in the photos is not included in the rental. However, if you are interested, some or all of the furniture can be negotiated separately.

The apartment is in an excellent location, just a one-minute walk from TU Graz and approximately seven minutes from Graz city centre. The shared apartment has a total size of 135.53 m² and includes a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven, microwave, washing machine, etc.), a shared bathroom, and a separate toilet.

The monthly warm rent is €407.03, including electricity, heating, and all utility costs. The only additional expense is Wi-Fi, which is shared among the flatmates.

A security deposit equal to three months' rent is mandatory before moving in.
