30 year old grad student looking for accommodation in Graz

Hello, my name is Jessica and I'm doing a semester at the University of Graz. Originally from the University of Delaware, I'm currently living in vibrant Nashville, Tennessee, but am looking forward to exploring Austria and central Europe. I need a private, furnished room for four months, Feb. 1 to May 31. Rooms with a desk and bookcase are preferable as I will be doing a good deal of work while there. Shared common areas and bathrooms are acceptable. I prefer living with people 25 and older, male or female. I keep a neat and clean house, so I would prefer to live with people who do the same. Bike storage is a plus.
