I am a post graduate from india who is planning to join an Institute located on Humboldtstrasse 50,Graz as a Research trainee from 1st November 2013. I have the following queries1) Can i get a housing agreement (which is required for Visa)if i pay an adavnce and send all necessaryy documents2)If in case my visa get rejected,will the money be refunded?
