24 years old med student looking for accommodation

I'm a last grade med student and looking for a room in center of the Graz for 2 months. I will be at Graz med school in october and november 2015 for erasmus exchange program. My max limit is 400 euro per month. I don't have pet, I don't smoke and I'd rather nobody smoke in the flat. I can only speak English.
