24 calm and tidy medical student, lookig for a room in vicinity of LKH Graz

Hi, I am a 24-year old medical student. I am calm - not the party type, caring and respectful. I am looking for a room from second half of november until the july 2017. I prefer calm and tidy flatmates/family that anjoy good conversation and spending time in nature. I am really good with kids so I would also considder staying with a family near LKH. I love spending time outdoors, I am tidy and neat and I like order. I go to sleep early (around 21) and I need peace to sleep an study. I am good in teaching so in case I would find a place at a family I would love to teach the children English and in turn also improve my German with them. I also love animals and wouldn't mind if there were animals in the house.
3 conditions that have to be met:
- rent with all costs included up to 250-300
- single room
- walking distance from LKH- uni. Klinikum Graz(max 15 min walk or 10 min by bike)
