20 year old girl looking for accommodation near Uni Graz

Hi! I'm Susannah and I'm doing a study abroad at Uni Graz for the summer semester. Ideally, I'd like to be as close to the university as possible. I am double majoring in psychology and German, and I hope to one day be a music therapist with piano or voice as my primary instrument. Some of my hobbies include playing ukulele, reading, listening to music, learning languages, and crocheting. 

On a more serious note, I like to keep my living space very clean. I generally go to bed between 10:00pm and 11:00pm and wake up sometime between 6:00am and 7:30am. The more similar the roommate, the better in order to avoid potential conflicts while living together. However, I'm flexible about these characteristics in a roommate. I hope to become good friends with my future roommate(s).
